Kyle Kaufman

As a Partner at Raburn Kaufman, Kyle Kaufman is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation, with an emphasis on identity theft, inaccurate deceased reporting, and inaccurate background check cases. 

Kyle cares deeply about her clients and understands that issues involving inaccurate credit and background check reporting can have a profound, life-altering impact on an individual’s ability to obtain housing, employment, financing, and other opportunities. Accordingly, Kyle is passionate about protecting consumers’ rights and holding corporations accountable, working diligently to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients. Her dedication to justice and deep understanding of the complexities of consumer credit and reporting have made her a fearless and trusted advocate for individuals facing the significant consequences of inaccurate reporting.

Kyle earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University before obtaining her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

Outside of the office, Kyle is happiest when she is planning her next adventure or spending time with her rather eclectic crew of pets: two cats, a Doberman, and a bearded dragon. She enjoys traveling, going to concerts, reading, and playing video games. Of all her interests, traveling is her greatest passion. Kyle loves experiencing new places, learning about different cultures, and collecting new memories and stories. She hopes to continue seeing as much of the world as possible, one adventure at a time.
