Kyle is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation, with a concentration on identity theft litigation. Kyle is passionate about protecting consumers’ rights and has successfully litigated numerous cases related to identity theft. Her commitment to justice and keen understanding of the complexities surrounding consumer credit issues have positioned her as a fearless and trusted advocate for clients facing challenges related to identity theft. Kyle earned her undergraduate degree in political science from Louisiana State University and subsequently received her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
